XJ250 Workover Rig

Product Introduction:

The XJ250 workover rig is specialized equipment for oilfield workover operations. It has a rated load of 400kN and a maximum static load of 675kN. It is suitable for workover operations within a well depth of 3200m (using 2-7/8" upset tubing). This workover rig consists of a Steyr chassis, power system, single-drum winch, vertical mast-type double-section 18m derrick, traveling system, and hydraulic-pneumatic-electrical systems. It can be configured in two structural forms: power take-off from the rig engine or from the chassis engine.

Product Features:

1. Adopts a 6×4 or 8×4 Category II chassis;
2. The main drum uses an ATD224 push-disc clutch, and the auxiliary braking system is an air-controlled disc brake;
3. Equipped with an anti-collision overwind valve-type crown block safety device, and can be fitted with an electronic anti-collision system;
4. Vertical mast-type, double-section 18m, made of 16Mn angle steel;
5. All pneumatic pipelines use Festo quick connectors and lines;
6. The instrument system uses 24V DC power, and the lighting system is powered by an external AC power source.
