1. Apparel: Baby onesies, baby swimwear, toddler shoes, functional shoes, children's sports shoes, baby socks, baby hats, etc.;

2. Feeding: Bottles, bottle brushes, bottle sterilizers & warmers, food grinders, children's tableware, children's insulated cups, infant high chairs, teethers, pacifiers, etc.;

3. Bath and care: Baby bathtubs, baby basins, infant bath towels, towels, drool bibs, bibs, etc.;

4. Daily care: Cribs, crib bumpers, playpens, child seats, ear thermometers, baby nail safety scissors, baby nasal aspirators, baby medicine dispensers, etc.;

5. Travel: Strollers, infant car seats, scooters, etc.

Detailed content:

1. On-site verification of BOOKING
Upon arrival at the factory, clarify the day's inspection tasks with the factory manager and promptly report any issues to the company to check for the following problems:
1) Actual production quantity does not meet inspection requirements
2) Actual production quantity has been altered relative to the order
3) Actual inspection location does not match the application
2. Carton sampling
Number of cartons to sample: Generally, FRI follows the square root of the total number of cartons, while RE-FRI is the square root of the total number of cartons multiplied by 2.

3. Verification of outer and inner carton markings
Markings on outer and inner cartons are crucial for product shipment and distribution. Labels such as fragile stickers also serve as reminders for protection during the product's journey to the consumer. Any discrepancies in markings must be noted in the report.

4. Verification of the ratio of outer to inner cartons and whether product packaging meets customer requirements, with detailed descriptions in the packaging section of the report.

5. Verification of consistency among the product, sample, and customer documentation. Any differences should be taken seriously.
Note:
1) The actual function of the toy and whether accessories match the packaging color images, instructions, etc.
2) Markings such as WEEE and age classification
3) Barcode readability and accuracy

6. Appearance and on-site testing
A) Toy appearance inspection
a. Retail packaging of toys:
(1) Must be free of dirt, damage, and moisture
(2) Must not lack barcode, manual, importer address, country of origin
(3) Check for errors in packaging methods
(4) If the circumference of the packaging bag opening is ≥380mm, it must have holes and a warning label
(5) Check if color box adhesion is secure
(6) Check if blister packaging is secure, free of damage, wrinkles, or indentations
b. Toys:
(1) Must not have sharp edges or points
(2) Must not produce small parts for children under three years old
(3) Check if instructions are missing or printed unclearly
(4) Check if corresponding warning labels are missing on the product
(5) Check if general decorative stickers are missing on the product
(6) Must be free of insects or mold stains
(7) Must not emit odors
(8) Check for missing or incorrect parts
(9) Check for deformed, dirty, damaged, scratched, or bruised plastic parts
(10) Check for poor spray painting, missed spraying, or incorrect spraying of parts
(11) Check for poor color injection molding, bubbles, color spots, or flow marks
(12) Check for burrs on parts or uncleaned injection points
(13) Check for functional defects
(14) When the valve plug is fully inflated, it must fit into the valve seat, and the protrusion height must be less than 5mm
(15) Must have a reflux valve
B) General on-site testing of toys
a. Full assembly test must match the instructions and packaging color box description
b. Full function test for 4 hours must match the instructions and packaging color box description
c. Product dimensions check
d. Product weight check: Facilitates verification of material consistency
e. 3M tape test for product printing/marking/silk screen
f. ISTA drop test: One point, three edges, six sides
g. Product pull test
