Footwear Inspection

Inspection services for women's shoes, men's shoes, children's shoes, and high heels. Key points for inspecting women's leather shoes, men's shoes, leather boots, and riding boots:
1. Upper considerations:
1.1 Lasting must not be twisted; the upper must not be scratched or damaged. (For genuine leather: the toe cap, vamp, and outer waist must not have material defects such as insect spots, scratches, or pockmarks). Check if suede materials fade and if pairs match.
1.2 The upper must be smooth without wrinkles or roughness. The toe must be flat and not angled.
1.3 The upper must not have floating threads, broken stitches, and must not lack bobbin threads or have skipped stitches.
1.4 Compare if the toe spring is consistent and correct compared to the confirmed sample.
1.5 Compare with the sample shoe for color differences in the upper, and check if the gloss/matte level and shading effect match the confirmed sample.
1.6 Check if trademarks and letters are correct and not missing any characters.
1.7 The lining at the toe must not be wrinkled or cause discomfort; check if it is lasted into the insole (for padded shoes, consider stitching the front stiffener at the backpart forefoot). 1.8 Check if the stiffener is pulled under the insole board, if it is missing or omitted, or if the stiffener hardness is insufficient (especially the back stiffener must be hard).
1.9 The boot shaft must be smooth without wrinkles; the zipper must be flat and locked at the top.
1.10 The arch shape over the instep must be standard and not sunken.
1.11 Check if the zipper is smooth, non-slip, sufficiently durable, and if the trademark is correct.
1.12 Check if the boot shaft is smooth. The lining inside the boot shaft must be smooth, and the seams must be properly aligned.
1.13 Check if the boot shaft is leaning forward or backward.
2. Decoration considerations:
2.1 Various decorations: must not be cracked, chipped, sharp-edged, or have burrs; must not be made of iron materials; must not be easily detached.
2.2 The stitch density of embroidery must be aesthetically pleasing, must not fall off, and must not have obvious color differences.
2.3 If the upper has decorative beads or buckles, their firmness must be good (pull and tug to check if they detach).
3. Sole considerations:
3.1 Check if the shank in the insole is made of hardened steel and if it passes the flex test. The composite material of the insole board must meet company requirements; the curvature of the insole must match the last; check if the sole pressing has curled edges.
3.2 Check if the top piece is made of PU material, if there are color differences, and if the wear resistance meets our company's standards. Check for gaps between the top piece and the heel or detachment.
3.3 Check if the heel has passed the impact test and meets company requirements.
3.4 Check for gaps between the heel and the outsole or detachment.
3.5 Check if the heel installation is firm, using threaded nails and four spur nails. Test pull strength; the heel must be stable without wobbling; the forepart must be flat without waves.
3.6 Check if the nail heads on the heel seat are protruding or sunken. Check if nails are exposed from the heel (protruding from the side).
3.7 Check if the outsole and the platform sole fit properly.
3.8 The outsole must not fade; thickness and softness/hardness must meet standards.
3.9 The shoe interior must not have foreign objects; any nails inside must be removed and cleaned.
3.10 Test wear for fit; check if high heels are unstable or wobble (this item 10 must be emphasized).
