Cyclohexylamine

Cyclohexylamine is an organic compound with the chemical formula C6H13N. It appears as a colorless to yellow liquid, soluble in water and miscible with most organic solvents. It is primarily used as a solvent and can also be employed in the production of desulfurizing agents, rubber antioxidants, vulcanization accelerators, chemical additives for plastics and textiles, boiler feedwater treatment agents, metal corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers, preservatives, antistatic agents, latex coagulants, petroleum additives, bactericides, insecticides, and dye intermediates.
