Ethane Description

Packaging: Packaged in 40L, 44L steel cylinders, and can also be repackaged into 2-10L gas cylinders according to customer requirements.

Applications: Etching gas, carrier gas, heat treatment in metallurgical industry, preparation of ethylene, vinyl chloride, chloroethane, acetaldehyde, ethanol, ethylene glycol oxide, etc., fuel, refrigerant.

Physical and Chemical Properties: Colorless, odorless, flammable gas. Insoluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol and acetone, soluble in benzene. Ethane and carbon tetrachloride are mutually soluble.

Precautions:

Operate in a closed system with overall ventilation. Operators must receive specialized training and strictly adhere to operating procedures. It is recommended that operators wear anti-static work clothing. Keep away from fire and heat sources; smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace.
