The company was established in early 2019 in Fengxian, Shanghai, with its office located at No. 738 Beihuan Road, Wuqiao Industrial Park, Fengxian District, Shanghai. It primarily engages in technology development, technical services, technical consulting, technology transfer, import and export of goods and technology, and metal product processing. The metal product processing operations are supported by Shanghai Weita Metal Products Co., Ltd. (a long-term cooperative partner in the same region). The company employs 10 senior technical staff.

Since its establishment, the company has obtained 15 national patents and has applied for recognition as a National High-Tech Enterprise.

The company currently focuses on the design, production, manufacturing, and sales of testing equipment and tooling, industrial furnaces, and various models of bending machine frames. In particular, its bending machine frames are produced on a significant scale and are well-regarded in the market for their high quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing.

Key current partners of the company include: Shanghai Jiao Tong University, East China University of Science and Technology, EBNER Industrial Furnaces (Taicang) Co., Ltd., and major suppliers of complete bending machines.
