Fluidizer

A fluidizer is an auxiliary flow component used during the discharge of powdered materials from storage bins.

Fluidizers include bin fluidizers, disc-type fluidizers, and plate-type fluidizers, with bin fluidizers being the primary type. They are installed at the lower part of the hopper, where air is introduced through a porous plate to fluidize the powder, enhancing its flowability, preventing bridging, and ensuring smooth material discharge.

1. The fluidizer combines the effects of both vibrational fluidization and pneumatic fluidization.

2. During operation, the fluidizer acts directly on the material itself without adversely affecting the storage bin.

3. The fluidizer generates intense high-frequency vibrations due to the introduction of air, making it unaffected by material moisture. It has low requirements for usage conditions and material humidity, making it suitable for a wide range of application environments.

4. The vibrations produced by the introduction of air in the fluidizer effectively address both materials in contact and not in contact with the fluidizer. It is particularly effective in disrupting issues such as bridging, arching, rat-holing, adhesion, accumulation, and hanging, which often cause difficult discharge.

5. When compressed air enters the silo through the fluidizer, it flows along the silo wall, reducing friction between the material and the silo wall, thereby effectively protecting the material.

6. The special material used in the fluidizer (high-molecular silicone material) ensures a long service life.
