Sampler

The sampler is suitable for: single-point sampling, sampling of powders, granules, or slightly adhesive materials, and can achieve closed sampling.

Product structure:
1. Sampling head: Inserted into the bulk material pipeline, with the sampling port facing the direction of the bulk material airflow, allowing the bulk material to enter the sampling device through this port.

2. Sampling tube: Transports the bulk material collected by the sampling head to the separator.

3. Separator: Separates the bulk material from the gas. The bulk material is thrown against the wall by the rotating airflow due to gravity and then falls into the powder collector under gravity. Meanwhile, the gas spirals downward along the pipe wall to the bottom, then rises along the central path to the top, and is discharged from the top exhaust port, achieving separation of bulk material and gas.

4. Powder collector: Collects and stores the solid bulk material samples separated by the separator for calibration purposes.

5. Sampling valve: During bulk material sampling, this valve is opened. The negative pressure formed by the exhaust from the outlet via compressed air draws air from the separator, allowing the bulk material in the pipeline to enter the sampling device through the sampling port for sampling.

6. Purge valve: Used to clean residual bulk material in the sampling tube. Close the sampling valve and pressure regulating valve before purging.

7. Pressure regulating valve: Adjusting the opening of this valve can change the sampling speed of the sampling device.

8. Pressure gauge: Provides visual reference for operating the pressure regulating valve.
