Block Breaker

Kairuida's produced lump breaker differs from traditional crushers in the mining industry, primarily targeting fine raw materials or other bulk materials.

The lump breaker developed and manufactured by Kairuida is mainly used to break up easily crushable agglomerated materials within bulk materials.

Working Principle:
The lump breaker utilizes relatively moving rotors to destroy agglomerated materials, shearing and dispersing the materials.

When materials enter the crushing chamber of the machine, they are subjected to the meshing force of the rotating rollers, forcing the materials to pass between the two rollers while being squeezed and sheared by the rollers, causing the materials to begin to break.

After breaking, the smaller-sized materials are thrown downward from the machine along the tangent direction of the roller rotation through the gap between the two rollers. Agglomerated materials that exceed the gap continue to be crushed into smaller sizes before being discharged.
