Product Introduction:
The tube chain conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment for bulk materials such as powders, small granules, and small lumps. Inside a well-sealed pipeline, it uses chains or steel cables as traction tools and discs as transmission components. The discs generate a pushing force on the materials, driving them along the conveying pipeline, effectively transporting the target materials.

The tube chain conveyor supports not only horizontal and vertical conveying but also inclined and curved conveying. It can operate independently, be combined with multiple units for joint conveying, or integrate with other devices to form a more powerful conveying system, thereby better meeting various conveying needs.

Structural Composition:
As a conveying machine with flexible traction components, the basic structure of the tube chain conveyor mainly includes the following parts: tensioning device, redirecting device, feeding device, chains or steel cables, circular scrapers, sealed pipeline, material trough, inspection port, driving device, and discharge device.

(4) The internal conveying structure is unique, allowing three-dimensional changes in conveying direction, high conveying efficiency, minimal material settling, and no dead zones in the conveying pipeline.
(5) It provides excellent protection for fragile materials. Materials are conveyed smoothly along the tube chain, making it suitable for conveying various forms of materials. Gas can be filled during conveying to protect special materials and ensure material integrity.
(6) Supports full-body washing for easy maintenance.
(7) Materials can be conveyed in bulk, offering high operational efficiency and low packaging costs.
(8) Volumetric conveying device facilitates material conveying and measurement, centralized control, and automated management, reducing labor costs.
(9) Long conveying distance: horizontal conveying distance can reach 60 meters, conveying height up to 40 meters, conveying capacity up to 300 m³/h. Depending on feeding conditions, the distance between inlets can exceed 10 meters.

Disadvantages:
(1) Noise. Although noise pollution is generated during operation, Kairuida can control the noise within an ideal range after treatment with soundproof cotton and automatic control programs.
(2) Wear of spare parts. During the process of pushing materials forward, the discs inevitably wear out. To ensure the conveying efficiency of the equipment, severely worn discs need to be replaced promptly. Typically, discs are maintained and replaced every 5 years.
