Rotary valves are essential devices for pneumatic conveying, sealed discharge, and quantitative feeding.
Driven by an electric motor, the rotary valve rotates the impeller on the main shaft via a reducer, transporting materials from the upper part through the impeller grooves and evenly discharging them from the outlet.
The inlet and outlet ports come in forms such as circular flanges and square flanges. Depending on the material temperature, they can be designed as high-temperature resistant rotary valves. Based on the characteristics of the conveyed materials, explosion-proof motors or variable-speed motors can be equipped.
Suitable for continuous and uniform batching, conveying, and discharging of powders and granules in industries such as power, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, metallurgy, construction, and food.
