Product Introduction:
The pneumatic conveying system, also known as an airflow conveying system, is an environmentally friendly technology that uses an air stream as the carrying medium to transport granular or powdered materials. By placing the material in air with a certain velocity, the flowing air drives the material movement, thereby achieving the purpose of conveying materials.

Product Structure:
The pneumatic conveying system mainly consists of feeding equipment, conveying pipelines, material-gas separation equipment, air source and purification equipment, etc.

Working Principle:

Pneumatic conveying systems are categorized by type: positive pressure, negative pressure, and positive-negative pressure combination systems.
Positive pressure pneumatic conveying system: The starting point of the material is positive pressure, and the destination point is zero pressure, with a general working pressure of 0.1 to 0.5 MPa.
Negative pressure pneumatic conveying system: The starting point of the material is zero pressure, and the destination point is negative pressure, with a general working pressure of -0.04 to -0.08 MPa.

Pneumatic conveying is divided by conveying form into dilute phase, dense phase, medium phase, and other forms.
Dilute phase conveying: solid-gas ratio 0~10; velocity 16~35 m/s
Medium phase conveying: solid-gas ratio 8~20; velocity 12~20 m/s
Dense phase conveying: solid-gas ratio 8~100; velocity 1~8 m/s

Dense Phase Conveying:
Dense phase conveying is an energy-saving method for transporting fragile materials at very low speeds smoothly, maximizing the integrity of the material form and reducing equipment wear. It is often suitable for conveying food, pet food, and chemicals.

Dilute Phase Conveying:
Dilute phase pneumatic conveying uses air or other gases to suspend materials and then transport the lifted material particles. The material enters the pipeline with a high-speed, low-pressure airflow; this system is particularly suitable for non-fragile and non-abrasive materials and can convey materials of various sizes, shapes, and densities. Such systems usually have low investment costs and are often provided in component form.

Product Features:
1. The equipment structure is simple, easy to install, with short construction time and low cost. The main components of the pneumatic conveying system are welded structures made of shaped steel plates, composed of pipe and tank-shaped components. There is no relative movement between components, resulting in low maintenance costs and minimal upkeep.
2. High degree of automation, requiring fewer operators, reducing labor costs.
3. High conveying efficiency. The conveying medium is air, which only needs to be discharged into the atmosphere at the terminal. During the conveying process, the feed port can continuously add material, enabling continuous conveying.
4. Ensures environmental hygiene. During pneumatic conveying, materials move inside the pipes, which are under negative pressure, preventing dust from leaking and scattering. Materials do not disperse or contaminate the environment, ensuring no health risks for operators.
5. The conveying pipelines of the pneumatic conveying system can be set up flexibly according to local conditions, with simple and flexible layout, easily adapting to the user's original factory layout. It can make full use of workshop space, saving costs.
