Container Unloading Platform

The container unloading platform is used to secure 20-foot and 40-foot containers on the unloading platform. It adopts a tail pivot positioning method and utilizes a hydraulic cylinder power system to achieve a tilting function of 0°-65° for the container. The platform tilts backward as a whole within the range of 0°-65°, allowing materials to slide slowly out of the container. It can also stop at any position within the 0°-65° range.
Different products require different unloading tilt angles. Our company offers four standard tilt angles: 35°, 45°, 55°, and 63°. Depending on the installation method, we can provide fixed installation, semi-mobile, and fully mobile types.
The operating area is equipped with: guiding devices, audible and visual alarm interlock systems, ensuring it can bear the full design load and operate conveniently.
