Hydraulic Bobbin Stripping Machine

The Kairuida Hydraulic Drum Tipper is a new generation drum tipping structure independently developed by our company, also known as an automatic hydraulic drum tipper. It refers to a machine that achieves automatic tipping of drum-contained materials through a hydraulic control system.

It utilizes hydraulic power, with the controller driving the drum-clamping hydraulic cylinder and the tipping hydraulic cylinder via solenoid valves. The drum-clamping hydraulic cylinder lifts the clamping frame and the container drum, clamping it onto the rubber sealing ring of the stainless steel discharge drum. Then, the tipping hydraulic cylinder drives the tipping crank, which in turn rotates the tipping frame. Once the tipping position is reached, the discharge valve is opened to release the material.

To achieve residue-free discharge, a pneumatic vibrator can be activated. It can be used in both ordinary environments and flammable or explosive environments.
