11KW High Temperature Fan

The 11kW high-temperature centrifugal fan is primarily composed of an impeller, housing, air intake, motor, connector, cooling fan, and other components. The impeller adopts a multi-wing single-inlet centrifugal design, crafted from high-quality galvanized or cold-rolled steel plates, with blades engineered based on aerodynamic principles. It consists of 10 backward-inclined blades, a curved front disc, and a flat rear disc. Made from robust and practical high-grade steel, it undergoes rigorous dynamic and static balance calibration. The fan delivers powerful airflow, high efficiency, and stable operation. The air intake features a convergent, streamlined anti-vortex design to minimize airflow loss, ensuring optimal working efficiency for the centrifugal fan. The housing and motor of the 11kW high-temperature centrifugal fan are connected via metal castings. A cooling fan blade is installed on the motor shaft, and water inlet/outlet interfaces are set on the outer wall of the metal casting to reduce temperature at the casting and shaft, ensuring normal motor operation under high temperatures.
