5-48 Centrifugal Ventilator

The 5-48 fan typically refers to the Y5-48 boiler centrifugal induced draft fan, which is a single-inlet medium-pressure centrifugal fan.


Structural Features

- Impeller: Welded from 12 backward-inclined flat plate blades, an arc-conical front disc, and a flat rear disc, made of heat-resistant stainless steel, and subjected to dynamic and static balance tests as well as overspeed tests.

- Inlet: A convergent streamlined design fixed on the fan's intake side, allowing gas to smoothly enter the impeller with minimal loss.

- Casing: Made of steel plate welded into a volute shape, available as a single unit or in two or three split structures. For induced draft applications, the volute plate is appropriately thickened to enhance performance.

- Drive Assembly: Composed of the main shaft, water cooling device, bearings, etc., ensuring stable operation and transmission efficiency of the fan.
