1. Overall Requirements
1.1 The product must comply with: the Pneumatic Cutting Knife Test Outline, JB/T 8412-2006 Pneumatic Chipping Hammers, and GB/T 2423.3-2016 Environmental Testing Part 2: Test Methods Test Cab: Damp Heat, Steady State. Provide a complete and valid inspection report issued by a national-level testing institution, matching the model of the product offered.
2. Performance Requirements
2.1 Suitable for piercing, puncturing, chiseling, striking, and cutting metal and building materials.
2.2 Working pressure: 10-20 bar, impact distance: ≥9 cm.
2.3 Power source: 6.8L carbon fiber air cylinder, compliant with standards for compressed gas cylinders.
2.4 Cutter stroke ≥15 mm.
2.5 Gun body: Impact frequency ≥2200 times/min.
2.6 Equipped with one demolition cutting knife, one 5m spiral air hose, one non-adjustable constant pressure output regulator, one demolition gun, and one toolbox.
Provide relevant test reports from a nationally authoritative testing institution and a detailed user manual in Chinese.
