Armored Heating Cable

Armored heating cables (also known as mineral insulated heating cables, MI heating cables) are industrial heating devices composed of a metal sheath, inorganic insulation layer, and heating wire. They feature high-temperature resistance, shock resistance, explosion-proof capabilities, and are widely used in petrochemical, power energy, aerospace, and other fields.
Core Structure
Metal Sheath: Seamless stainless steel or copper tube, providing mechanical protection and high-temperature resistance (maximum operating temperature up to 600°C).
Inorganic Insulation Layer: Made of magnesium oxide or aluminum oxide, ensuring insulation between the heating wire and the sheath.
Heating Wire: Single or multiple wires, compacted and fixed through molding.
Performance Characteristics
Withstand Voltage: 1500VAC/1min (cable) or 1200VAC/1min (component).
Insulation Resistance: ≥100MΩ (500VDC).
Durability: High mechanical strength, long service life, supports customized power and shape.
