Structural Composition
Typically composed of a metal shell made from stainless steel, carbon steel, or red copper, with built-in nickel-chromium or iron-chromium alloy wires, filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder as an insulating and thermal conductive medium, and equipped with temperature sensors and overheat protection devices. Some models feature U-shaped tubular structures, flange-concentrated heating modules, or V-shaped explosion-proof groove designs, supporting custom non-standard specifications.
Application Scenarios
Suitable for heating liquid or gaseous media in industries such as chemical, petroleum, and military, for example, insulation of oilfield injection and production wellheads, reaction tower heating, and storage tank circulation systems. Their operating temperature can reach above 140°C, supporting use in high-pressure environments (e.g., offshore platforms, mining areas).
