Armored Heating Cable

Armored heating cable (also known as mineral insulated heating cable) is an industrial heating device composed of a metal protective sheath (stainless steel/copper), inorganic insulation layer (magnesium oxide/aluminum oxide), and heating wire compacted via mold. It is primarily used in petrochemical, power energy, aerospace, and building heating applications.

High-Temperature Performance: Maximum operating temperature up to 600°C; suitable for low-temperature scenarios (＜250°C).

Performance Indicators
Withstand Voltage Performance: Finished product withstand voltage ≥1500VAC/1 minute.
Insulation Resistance: Finished product insulation resistance ≥100MΩ (500VDC).
Impermeability: After full cable immersion in water for 12 hours, insulation resistance remains ≥100MΩ.
