This product can be used for:

1. Trauma or surgical bleeding in organs rich in plasminogen activators, such as the prostate, urethra, lungs, brain, uterus, adrenal glands, thyroid, liver, etc.

2. As a thrombolytic drug, such as an antagonist for tissue-type plasminogen activator (t-PA), streptokinase, and urokinase.

3. Fibrinolytic bleeding caused by induced abortion, placental abruption, stillbirth, and amniotic fluid embolism.

4. Menorrhagia due to locally increased fibrinolysis, anterior chamber hemorrhage, and severe epistaxis.

5. To prevent or reduce bleeding after tooth extraction or oral surgery in hemophilia patients with factor VIII or factor IX deficiency.

6. Mild bleeding due to rupture of central aneurysms, such as subarachnoid hemorrhage and intracranial aneurysm bleeding. This product is superior to other antifibrinolytic drugs for hemostasis, but attention must be paid to the risk of concurrent cerebral edema or cerebral infarction. For severe patients with surgical indications, this product can only be used as an adjuvant.

7. For the treatment of hereditary angioedema, it can reduce the frequency and severity of attacks.

8. Active bleeding in hemophilia patients. [4]
