• Structural Features: The conductor is generally made of multiple strands of fine copper wires twisted together, covered with a PVC insulation layer, then wrapped with a PB layer braided from copper wires, and the outermost layer is a PVC sheath. This structure gives the cable good flexibility and PB performance.
• Electrical Properties: The AC rated voltage is generally below 300/500V, suitable for medium and low-voltage electrical control and signal transmission systems. The insulation between conductors will not break down under 1kV within 1 minute, and the insulation between the conductor and the PB layer will not break down under 3kV within 1 minute. When each core wire is grounded with the other core wires, the insulation resistance is greater than 10000MΩ・km, which can effectively prevent electric leakage and signal crosstalk.
• Working Environment Adaptability: The maximum working temperature of the core wires shall not exceed 70℃, which is suitable for most conventional industrial and indoor environments. The allowable bending radius shall be no less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable (without armoring layer), and the laying temperature shall be no lower than 0℃. It can be well installed and used in spaces with limited space and low-temperature environments.
• Application Fields: It is widely used in the field of industrial automation, and can be used for the connection of instruments and meters, distributed control systems (DCS) and control computers. It is also suitable for the connection of electrical control devices below AC 500V or DC 100V, such as the internal circuit connection of small distribution boxes and control cabinets.
