KVVRP is a copper core polyvinyl chloride insulated and polyvinyl chloride sheathed copper wire braided PB control flexible cable. The following is a detailed introduction:

• Structural Features: The conductor is generally made of multiple strands of fine copper wires twisted together, covered with a polyvinyl chloride insulation layer, then wrapped with a PB layer braided from copper wires, and the outermost layer is a polyvinyl chloride sheath. This structure gives the cable good flexibility and PB performance.
• Electrical Performance: The rated AC voltage is generally below 300/500V, making it suitable for medium and low voltage electrical control and signal transmission systems. It does not break down at 1kV for 1 minute between conductors, and does not break down at 3kV for 1 minute between the conductor and PB. When each core wire is grounded with the remaining core wires, the insulation resistance is greater than 10000MΩ·km, which can effectively prevent electric leakage and signal crosstalk.
• Working Environment Adaptability: The maximum working temperature of the core wire does not exceed 70℃, making it suitable for most conventional industrial and indoor environments. The allowable bending radius should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable (without armor layer), and the laying temperature should not be lower than 0℃. It can be installed and used well even in spaces with limited space and low-temperature environments.
• Application Fields: Widely used in the field of industrial automation, it can be used for connection of instruments and meters, Distributed Control System (DCS) and control computers; it is also suitable for connection of electrical control devices with AC below 500V or DC below 100V, such as internal circuit connections of small distribution boxes and control cabinets; it can also be used in industrial and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, petroleum, chemical industry and power plants, as connecting wires for various electrical appliances, instruments and automatic devices. At the same time, it is also commonly used in places with high requirements for electromagnetic compatibility, such as computer rooms and communication base stations.
