Components

- Corner Wheel: The base plate is generally made of 10mm steel plate, with a reinforcement plate of 6mm steel. The corner wheel is constructed from ductile iron with steel plate or cast steel, hot-dip galvanized for durability, ensuring the stability and safety of the stainless steel traction rope and the entire manure removal system.
- Manure Scraper: Made of 304 stainless steel plate, with a thickness of 5mm in the middle and 4mm on both sides. Customizable up to 4 meters in length. The scraper is usually equipped with a rope tightener, and some designs include an adjustable spring. Expansion wheel discs are attached around the edges to adapt to manure channels of different widths, ensuring thorough cleaning.
- Control Box: Includes a distribution box, limit switches, etc., enabling automatic control to set scraping time and frequency. Generally, scraping once a day is sufficient.

Working Principle

The motor transmits power to the transmission mechanism through the gearbox. The transmission mechanism uses its grooved pulley to drag the manure scraping device, causing it to move back and forth within the manure channel. This action cleans the manure in the channel and pushes it into the manure collection pit. When the scraping device encounters the limit control mechanism installed in the manure channel, it automatically reverses the motor to pull the scraper back until it hits the return limit control device, completing the reset.
