Working Principle

Driven by an electric motor, the spiral shaft rotates, and the spiral blades fixed on the shaft push the material forward. The material is transported along the U-shaped trough or circular pipe until it is discharged from the outlet, achieving the purpose of lifting and conveying feed from one location to another.

Structural Components

- Spiral Blades: Continuous spiral-shaped metal sheets, which are key components for pushing the material forward. They are typically designed with added thickness for excellent wear resistance.
- Spiral Shaft: The core component of the conveyor, where the spiral blades are fixed. It provides support and transmits power.
- Drive Unit: Includes the motor and reducer, supplying power to the spiral shaft to enable rotation at the set speed.
