Fecal solid-liquid separator

The solid-liquid separator is a piece of equipment used on farms.

It is primarily used to separate solids and liquids from livestock and poultry manure. The working principle involves methods such as screw extrusion—when the machine operates, manure is conveyed into it, the liquid portion seeps through structures like screens and is collected, while the solid portion is extruded and discharged from the residue outlet.

This equipment is generally made of stainless steel, making it sturdy, durable, and corrosion-resistant. It has high separation efficiency, enabling rapid processing of large quantities of manure and effectively reducing the moisture content in the waste. The solid portion can be used for subsequent treatments like composting to produce organic fertilizer, and the liquid portion, after treatment, can be properly discharged or utilized, reducing environmental pollution. It comes in various specifications, allowing selection of a suitable model based on the scale of the farm (such as small family farms or large-scale breeding operations).
