III. Specific measures to eliminate errors of the stainless steel manure scraper:

Strive to eliminate and avoid factors affecting the installation accuracy of the stainless steel manure scraper. 1. During installation, the cement anchor fixing device for the host should be buried 50 cm underground to prevent it from pulling out under excessive tension;

2. The exposed part of the corner wheel should not be too long. The outer tangent of the corner wheel should coincide with the centerline of the manure channel, meaning the outer tangent should be placed on the centerline of the manure channel to prevent the manure scraper from deviating during operation;

3. Before use, add 1.5 liters of gear oil or engine oil through the reducer oil filler port (engine oil is recommended, as some customers report that gear oil is too viscous and not good for the reducer). Do not overfill or underfill to avoid overheating of the reducer;

4. During use, keep the small hole on the large oil plug of the reducer oil filler port unobstructed (remove the small vent plug on the large oil plug);

5. The manure channel generally requires a depth of 30-50 cm.
