GJ-3S Digital Display High-Speed Mixer

I. Overview

The digital display high-speed mixer is a specialized experimental equipment for the petroleum exploration and drilling industry. It is mainly used for mixing various drilling fluids for petroleum drilling. It adopts stepless speed regulation, with the actual mixing speed displayed digitally on the power speed regulator panel. The mixing blades are manufactured according to API standards. It features a simple, reasonable, and reliable structure, with characteristics such as high starting torque, convenient and reliable speed regulation, etc.

GJ-3S type speed regulator: consists of a power switch, timer switch, speed adjustment potentiometer, time timer, display screen, cover box, control board, power cord, etc. It is the control part used to regulate the motor's rotation and time. See (Figure 1)

Description:

1．Time Timer：Mixing timer．

2．Signal Cable: Used to transmit control signals from the speed regulator to the mixer.

3．Timer Switch: Turns the timer on and off.

4．Speed Display: Shows the actual mixing speed.

5．Power Switch: Used to turn the power on and off (when turning on the power, the speed adjustment must be set to the minimum).

6．Speed Adjustment Potentiometer：Used to adjust the mixing speed (when turning off, it must be adjusted to the leftmost minimum value).

7．Power Cord: Used to connect to the power supply.
