MSCHA type high-voltage reactive power automatic compensation device automatically switches the capacitor banks connected to the 3~20kV busbar of the distribution transformer step by step according to the reactive load status of the distribution transformer, and outputs corresponding capacitive reactive power. This device adopts a unit modular design, with one circuit per step, and each circuit is an independent cabinet. The number of expandable cabinets (circuits) can increase the capacity. The series reactor can suppress harmonics and inrush current, and step-by-step switching can greatly improve the power factor of the busbar and stabilize it at a certain level, thereby stabilizing the system voltage and improving the utilization rate of the transformer.

1). Modular assembled cabinet with concave-convex door structure. The installation of components can be adjusted according to the modular digits, with strong three-dimensional effect and high mechanical strength.
2). Advanced power factor controller performs graded and step-by-step switching, automatically tracks reactive power demand, switches quickly and compensates accurately.
3). Equipped with ABB small PLC control system, it realizes uninterrupted switching between manual and automatic modes, with full automation and high reliability.
4). The expulsion-type fuse is used as the protection for single capacitor, and its independent insulating interval ensures no phase-to-phase or phase-to-ground arc after the operation trip.
