Product Use: The sandblasting test chamber is used for the sandblasting-type mechanical wear testing of automotive filament bulb headlamps. It complies with Appendix E of the GB4599-2007 standard for automotive filament bulb headlamps and Appendix K of the GB 19152-2025 standard for mechanical wear testing methods of road lighting devices for motorcycles and mopeds.
I. Technical Parameters:
1. Nozzle diameter: Φ1.3mm;
2. Pressure flow indicator: 0.6(+0.05/-0)MPa, flow rate 0.24+0.02L/min;
3. Spray area diameter: 170mm±50mm at 380mm±10mm from the nozzle;
4. Silica sand should have a Mohs hardness of 7, particle size 0~0.2mm, normally distributed, angularity factor 1.8~2.5, flow should be essentially perpendicular to the sample surface.
5. Distance from the worktable plane is adjustable, range 380~850 or 900mm, 500~900mm, to meet testing requirements for specimens of different heights.
6. Operation method: Automatic movement of spray gun and worktable, manual loading and unloading of workpieces.
7. Movement device uses imported rodless cylinders.
14. Power requirements: AC380(±10%)V/50HZ three-phase five-wire system.
15. Internal dimensions: Depth 1000mm × Width 1000mm × Height 1300mm;

II. Structural Design Features:
1. This equipment consists of the main cabin, spray gun, automatic worktable, lighting device, sand circuit system, air circuit system, electrical box, and other main components.
2. The equipment is made of high-quality SUS 304 stainless steel, with an attractive appearance, box-type design, sealed and leak-proof.
3. The cabin is lined with protective rubber panels to prevent wall damage. The base has a channel steel frame and four casters for easy mobility. The main cabin top is equipped with a lighting device.
4. The base plate is inclined so that liquid sprayed from the gun quickly flows into the bottom storage tank, is sucked back by the slurry pump, mixed thoroughly, and then sprayed again through the gun for reuse.
5. A separate sample holder is designed on the base plate for customer sample installation and testing; the worktable can move automatically longitudinally.
6. Specific dimensions and materials can be customized; 10mm PVC or 1.5mm stainless steel is recommended.
7. The equipment includes one set of fixed and one set of moving devices; the moving device uses a German imported unit with a stroke of 600mm.
8. Cylinders are mounted externally, moving the internal spray device via sealed linkage to achieve uniform spraying on samples.
9. A top cylinder drives lateral movement, and a rear cylinder drives longitudinal movement of the worktable, enabling complete processing of the required sandblasting areas on workpieces.
10. The sandblasting program is PLC-controlled; parameters (spray gun reciprocation count, worktable movement count) are input via the HMI control panel.
11. Speed of spray gun and worktable movement is adjusted via control valves on cylinders; travel distance is set by adjusting magnetic sensor switch positions on cylinders.
12. Simple operation: set necessary parameters and start.
13. The equipment requires an air source; pressure is regulated by an imported pressure regulator, connected to an imported "SUN" solenoid valve, automatically controlled by PLC.
14. An external air compressor provides the air source (customer supplied); pressure is regulated by another imported pressure regulator, set to 0.6MPa during testing.
15. Air pressure is piped to a special nozzle that sprays a mixture of sand and water; made of wear and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, nozzle aperture 1.3mm.
16. High-speed air flow from one tube creates an ejector effect.
17. Using siphon principle, the sand-water mixture is sprayed from another nozzle in a fan pattern onto samples 380mm away, with flow controlled by a flow meter.
18. Test runs automatically for the set duration, then ends with an alarm signal.
19. The lab installing the equipment needs wastewater drainage facilities for easy disposal after testing.
