I. Overview: The air performance test bench is manufactured in accordance with IEC60312, IEC62885, F431-21\F558-17 standards (European and American standards), primarily for data analysis and acquisition of vacuum cleaner voltage, current, input power, power factor, suction power, flow rate, vacuum degree, and efficiency. The test equipment is controlled by an industrial computer, with a 17-inch display showing the test items and data. Through automatic calculation and real-time data acquisition by the computer, relevant test parameters and data are automatically recorded, and test reports and curves can be output via USB. It adopts a dual-mode control and testing system (one controller for two test modes), integrating European and American standard test modes. It is universally applicable for air data testing of cleaning appliances. The test equipment is suitable for use by vacuum cleaner and cleaning appliance manufacturers, as well as testing institutions. II. Main Technical Parameters: 1. The test equipment consists of a touchscreen computer [configured with a 17-inch LCD display], an electrical parameter meter [including AC and DC power sources], two sets of pressure equalization boxes, a vacuum pressure sensor, an automatically rotatable orifice plate, test fixtures, etc. The system can automatically test various items of vacuum cleaner type tests according to user requirements, including rated input power test, input current and cosΦ value test, as well as suction power Psmax, efficiency η max, vacuum degree, and various characteristic curve tests. Characteristic curve tests are conducted on the pressure equalization box of the test bench. All test procedures are controlled and monitored by the computer, with test results displayed. The system is compatible with manual operation and automatic computer data acquisition and reading.

The computer system can collect, record, store, export, and display test data and results for each item, plot characteristic curves, and provide user-friendly, flexible, and intuitive computer software with a clear human-machine interface.
