The Air Purifier Performance Testing System is a crucial detection equipment in the field of product application engineering and technology, primarily used to evaluate the core performance indicators of air purifiers. This system complies with the latest version of the GB/T18801 standard and includes two specifications of test chambers: 30 cubic meters and 3 cubic meters. It can perform gravimetric and counting concentration tests for particulate pollutants and is equipped with formaldehyde analysis functionality. Through this device, key parameters such as Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR), Cumulative Purification Amount (CCM), and Purification Energy Efficiency can be measured.

Testing Parameters

Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR): Measures the output of purified air per unit time.

Cumulative Purification Amount (CCM): Reflects the core indicator of filter lifespan.

Purification Energy Efficiency: Evaluates the ratio of energy consumption to purification efficiency.

Technical Requirements for Processing and Design of 3m³, 10m³, 30m³, and 81m³ Air Purifier Test Chambers:

This experimental chamber should be designed and processed 100% in accordance with the national standard GB/18801-2015 and other relevant national standards, mainly including:

(1) A 3m³ transparent experimental chamber with 10mm tempered glass inner walls (the entire test chamber must be detachable).

(2) Constant temperature and humidity device (as specified in GB/18801-2015).

(3) Chamber control system.

(4) One Furanade FD-CG01 particle generator.

(5) Reserved inlet ports for VOC and cigarette particulate generators.

The main schematic diagram is as follows (according to GB/18801-2015): Positions 11 and 12 must have openable/closable ventilation intake and exhaust fans.
