I. Overview The vacuum cleaner performance test bench is manufactured in accordance with GB/T20291.1, IEC60312, IEC62885, F431-21\F558-17 standards (National, European, and American standards). The test parameters of the vacuum cleaner performance test bench include voltage, current, input power, power factor, suction power, speed, flow rate, vacuum degree, and efficiency. The air performance testing platform adopts a one-drag-two dual-mode control and testing system, integrating European and American testing modes. (Both modes can be switched without affecting each other's test data.) It is a specialized testing device for vacuum cleaners designed and manufactured according to the relevant standards of IEC60312 and IEC62885. Test data can be exported via USB. The test bench is widely applicable to vacuum cleaner manufacturers and testing institutions for air performance testing of vacuum cleaners.
II. Main Functions:
1. Through servo motor control, automatically adjust the inlet valve. The PLC collects test data such as input voltage, current, speed, input power, power factor, frequency, output power, and vacuum degree of the vacuum cleaner during testing. Relevant test data can be exported via USB.
2. Based on the test data, plot the relationship curves of vacuum degree, input power, suction power, efficiency, and air flow rate.
3. The device uses a 17-inch touch computer display to show real-time electrical parameters, maximum/minimum air flow rate, vacuum degree, input power, suction power, and efficiency. When the air duct is fully closed, it records and displays test parameters such as maximum/minimum vacuum degree and input power.
4. The tested data can be stored and output as test reports and curves according to user requirements. 5. Pressure Equalization Box: Manufactured according to standards. 6. Temperature Compensation and Correction: Corrected based on atmospheric pressure density as specified in IEC60312 section 5.2.8.4.
