Water Hammer Test Device for Whole Machine Performance Testing of Water Purifiers

Scope of Application

Generally applicable to whole water purifiers, reverse osmosis water purifiers, filter bottles, and pressure tanks. Typically used for testing the overall pressure resistance performance of water purifier structures.

Tests the maximum pressure that a water purifier can withstand under certain conditions, and determines whether the quality of the test piece meets requirements according to relevant standards.

Technical Parameters of the Water Hammer Testing Machine

1. Test pressure: 0-2.5Mpa (High-pressure setting 0-2.5MPa, low-pressure setting 0-2.5MPa)

2. Stations: 20 stations; 2 independent water hammer circuits, 1 circuit with 10 stations; 1 circuit with 10 stations

3. Pressurizes the product, with maximum pressure up to 2.5Mpa; Test modes available: High-frequency impact mode / Uniform pressure rise mode / Temporary manual mode;

1) High-frequency impact mode: Select this mode on the upper computer interface, the directional valve automatically switches to the water path of the pressure buffer tank. During pressure impact, the sample solenoid valve opens. During the pump pressure replenishment process, the pressure buffer tank effectively prevents rapid pressure decay when adding water to the sample, thereby achieving rapid pressure rise for high-frequency impact.

2) Uniform pressure rise mode: Select this mode on the upper computer interface, the directional valve automatically switches to the direct water path. Based on feedback from the front-end pressure sensor, the inverter output frequency is controlled according to the set pressure rise speed to achieve uniform pressure rise. Pressure is directly applied to all sample test water paths. After reaching the set pressure holding time, the inverter controls the output frequency according to the set pressure drop speed to achieve uniform pressure reduction.

3) Temporary manual mode: Select this mode on the upper computer interface, the pump working circuit switches to power frequency mode. The water path pressure division is adjusted manually via a butterfly valve to achieve the preset pressure.
