Battery Drop Test Machine
Purpose: Used for free fall testing of lithium primary batteries and other primary batteries, lithium-ion batteries (used in digital electronic products such as mobile phones, laptops, cameras, etc.), nickel-metal hydride, nickel-cadmium, and lead-acid batteries (used in products like power tools, toys, electric bicycles, etc.)
Technical Specification Requirements:
1 Scope of Application
1.1 Applicable Standards
The battery free fall test device complies with the requirements for free fall test items in standards such as GB 36267-2018, QC/T741-2014, GB8897.4, GB/T18287, IEC60086-4: 2000, IEC62133: 2002, UL1642: 2006, SN/T1413-2004, SN/T1414.3-2004, GB 31241-2014, etc.
1.2 Test Requirements
In the above standards, the requirements for free fall tests vary slightly. The battery free fall test device must meet all of the following test requirements:
1) The battery sample is freely dropped from a height (lowest point height) of 1500mm onto a cement floor, with one free fall in each of the X, Y, Z positive and negative directions (six directions).
2) The battery is freely dropped six times from a height of 1.5m onto a hardwood board, with the battery being dropped twice on each plane.
3) The battery is dropped from a height of 1.5m onto a concrete surface, and each tested battery should be dropped six times.
2 Main Technical Parameters and Functions
2.1 Main Technical Parameters
