4. Performance
4.1. Test Environmental Conditions
Ambient temperature +25°C, relative humidity ≤85%, no samples inside the test chamber.
4.2. Test Method
Protection against water pressure of 100 bar, water temperature 80°C±5°C, applied at a progressive 30-degree angle (four high-pressure nozzles: 0, 30, 60, and 90 degrees), sustained for 30 seconds at each angle, totaling 120 seconds (2 minutes).

Operating Method
High-pressure water pump → Electromagnetic flow meter (pressure gauge, 100 bar) → Nozzle → Divided into four paths (each controlled by a solenoid valve, solenoid valves are controlled by the controller via set timings) → Progressive jetting at 30-degree angles (four high-pressure nozzles: 0, 30, 60, and 90 degrees), sustained for 30 seconds at each angle, totaling 120 seconds (2 minutes), cyclic operation.
7. Water Temperature Heating System
7.1. Operating Method
BT(H)C balanced temperature control method.
When the water temperature, after being sprayed through the nozzle for hot steam scouring testing on the sample, falls below 80±5°C and returns to the water tank, the tank's heating system automatically heats (4KW) to maintain the water temperature at 80±5°C within a short time, ensuring normal circulation of test water temperature. The touch screen controller can set and display the water temperature.
