Equipment Purpose: The gas hose airtightness test bench is primarily used for the immersion water test airtightness testing method of gas appliance hoses, bellows, connecting pipe fittings, etc.

1. Pressure range: 0-1.2Mpa, accuracy class 1.6;

2. Specimen specifications: DN10-DN32, capable of meeting 8 conventional connection sizes;

3. Specimen length: 0-2000mm;

4. Airtightness stations: 3 stations, low pressure: 0-0.6Mpa, high pressure: 0.6-1.2 Mpa;

5. Specimen gas source range: 0-1.2MPa adjustable;

6. Equipment power supply: approximately 220V, 1KW; water inlet: 1/2”, drain: 1”, air inlet: 0-0.4Mpa φ6 air hose (provided by customer);

7. Equipment external dimensions (L×W×H): approximately 2600×900×1600mm;

8. Utilizes an intelligent touch screen + PLC program control for easy equipment improvement and maintenance, enhancing repair speed and reducing maintenance costs;
