By combining photodiodes with current amplifiers, we have developed a new series of high-performance photodetectors. The LCA-S-400K is available with either Si or InGaAs photodiodes, covering spectral ranges of 400 to 1100 nm and 900 to 1700 nm, respectively.

Optional Accessories
Fiber adapters PRA-FC, PRA-FCA, and PRA-FSMA,
equipped with larger photodiodes of 3.0 mm diameter.
The LCA-S-400K-SI input coupler is not mandatory but is recommended for use with standard SM 9/125 fibers (PC or APC) of low numerical aperture (NA) to ensure nearly 100% coupling efficiency.
