10MHz Low-Noise Weak Current Signal Amplifier Module HCA-10M-100K

High-frequency component users often encounter issues such as unwanted oscillations due to poor amplifier design, poor grounding, nonlinearity, gain peaking, and reduced bandwidth. FEMTO high-frequency amplifiers are designed to eliminate these problems. FEMTO high-frequency amplifiers are unaffected by signal source parameters and input lines, delivering precise performance that meets their specifications. Even with source capacitances as high as 2 nF (HCA-1M-1M-C), there is no gain peaking, oscillation, or significant bandwidth reduction.

III. Technical Specifications

Output voltage ±1.5 V, @ 50 Ω load. Offset adjustable via trim potentiometer. Output short-circuit protected. Adjustable bias output (-12 V ... +12 V) for biasing photodetectors. Note: The maximum detector capacitance listed above means that below this value, the specified 3dB bandwidth (±15%) is guaranteed. Larger capacitances can also be used but may slightly affect bandwidth and frequency response.

*For the ultra-fast models HCA-100M-50K-C, HCA-200M-20K-C, and HCA-400M-5K-C, if the source capacitance reaches the maximum values mentioned above, the bandwidth may be reduced to 25% of the nominal value.
