GB/T 36008 Collaborative Robot Safety Assessment Pressure and Maximum Pressure Measuring Device

COBOSAFE is a collaborative robot collision force and pressure measurement device, featuring two types of measuring instruments: COBOFORCE, used to measure the force applied to the human body during collisions; COBOTEK and COBOSCAN, used to measure pressure. It can be utilized in various ways in robot testing laboratories and at robot operation sites. It is widely used by various customers, robot manufacturers, robot user companies, and inspection agencies.

■The CBSF series is a measurement instrument with built-in springs for various body parts, compliant with the international standard TS15066, used to measure transient and quasi-static contact.

The GB/T 36008-2018 standard requires that manufacturers, system integrators, and users of collaborative robots are obligated to conduct risk assessments and ensure that the maximum impact force complies with the ISO/TS15066 and GB/T 36008 standards. Select the model based on the body part required for risk assessment; this measurement instrument can measure impact force during product development testing or pre-operation inspections of robots. Its performance is guaranteed by a calibration certificate issued by the manufacturer. It also comes with a storage case for convenient storage and portability. Measurement data is displayed on the screen and can be downloaded to a computer via a USB port using the optional CoboSafe-Vision software for analysis and report generation. It features a built-in temperature and humidity sensor, and its memory can store 100 sets of measurement data. Its compact size allows for measurements at more practical locations. The CoboSafe-Vision software is required to retrieve measurement data stored in the main unit.
