GMG-200

The GMG-200 is a portable measuring instrument for determining sliding friction. This system is validated for determining the sliding friction coefficient of floor coverings in accordance with ISO EN 16165 standard.

The GMG-200 sliding friction measuring instrument is used for routine inspection of the sliding friction of various floor coverings. The sliding element can be replaced depending on the floor covering. The type of sliding material is detected electronically and recorded in the report. The LCD display facilitates user operation and shows the current operating status and measured sliding friction values.

Using optional software, measurement values can be transferred to a laptop or PC, allowing for selection and precise evaluation of measurement curves and any target deviations.

Measurement reports can then be printed. The device can store a total of 90 measurement curves, corresponding to 18 sliding friction measurements with 5 measurements each. The coefficient of friction µ is used to determine the slip resistance of floor coverings.

This program allows you to import data from the GMG 200 and save it to a data storage device. Saved measurement results can be reviewed again at any time. You can also create reports for measurement data, which can be saved and printed together with the imported data.
