1.Product Introduction

This product is a pure polytetrafluoroethylene ultrafine powder modified through a special process, using genuine PTFE as raw material, with low volatile content and resistance to discoloration at high temperatures. When added to the substrate requiring modification in a certain proportion, it can effectively improve heat resistance, wear resistance, and non-stick properties in application fields. Recommended for use in (but not limited to) non-stick, anti-corrosion coatings, and other areas. It can be dispersed under high-speed stirring or mixed into the required application system using traditional mixing equipment.

Marking

The packaging drum of this product shall have a firm and clear label indicating the company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, etc.

Packaging

This product is packaged in paper drums (lined with double-layer polyethylene plastic bags), with a net content of (25± 0.2) kg per drum; each drum shall have a product certificate, including: company name, product name, batch number, grade (specification number), net content, and production date, etc. Special packaging shall be agreed upon by both the supplier and the buyer.

Storage

This product should be stored in a clean, cool, and dry place, protected from rain and direct sunlight, and avoid contamination by moisture, dust, and other impurities.

Transportation

This product is transported as non-hazardous goods. During transportation, it should be protected from moisture and severe vibration.
