Polymer Rapid Structural Repair Material

Polymer rapid structural repair material is an ultra-early-strength concrete structural repair material formulated with cement as the binder, high-strength material (quartz sand) as the main aggregate, supplemented by polymer powder, high-efficiency water reducer, early-strength agent, expansion agent, anti-segregation agent, and other substances. This product features self-leveling properties, rapid hardening, early strength, high strength, non-shrinkage, micro-expansion; it is non-toxic, non-aging, harmless to water quality and the surrounding environment, self-compacting, and rust-resistant.

Polymer rapid structural repair material is mainly used for: repairing honeycombs, pitting, sanding, peeling, exposed aggregate, and fine cracks in cement concrete pavements of highways, toll stations, service areas, gas stations, airports, etc. The repair thickness is 3mm-5mm, and rapid traffic opening can be achieved within 2-3 hours after repair.

III. Construction Process

1: Before construction, ensure materials and tools are in place, set up safety warning cones and detour signs, and identify the repair area.

2: Use a small road milling machine to mill the repair area. Clean concrete debris and dust, and wet the surface.

3: The polymer rapid structural repair material for thin-layer concrete surface repair is a single-component light gray powder. It can be used by mixing with water. The mixing ratio is material: water = 100: (17-19), with a usage rate of 4 m²/25KG.

4: The polymer rapid structural repair material for thin-layer concrete surface repair should be mixed using a forced-action mortar mixer (pan-type mortar mixer), with mixing time controlled at 3-5 minutes. During mixing, use a trowel to scrape unmixed powder from the edges of the pan into the mixture. If clumps are found, crush and mix them evenly with a trowel.

5: Pour the mixed mortar directly into the center of the area to be repaired, and compact and level it with a trowel.

6: After laying and leveling, wait 15 minutes before using a toothed texture roller for surface texturing. After completion, cure for 3 hours in a dry environment.

Precautions:

1. If the milling depth is insufficient in one pass, multiple milling passes can be performed, generally until loose concrete is removed.

2. During mixing, tap and vibrate the pan appropriately to dislodge powder adhering to the walls, ensuring the polymer rapid structural repair material is evenly mixed.

Packaging Specifications and Storage Method

Packaged in composite kraft paper bags, net weight 25KG/bag, shelf life 6 months.

Must be stored in a dry, ventilated indoor area with sealed bags, protected from moisture and freezing.
