I. Product Definition

Cooling Finishing Agent DXN-FC30 is a dispersion liquid made from micron/nano powder obtained by grinding natural jade ore using airflow milling technology, which processes the jade from coarse to fine uniformly. The full name of Cooling Finishing Agent DXN-FC30 is "Instant Contact Cool Feeling," a concept achieved by heat conduction transferring temperature from a high-temperature area to a low-temperature area until equilibrium is reached. Cooling Finishing Agent DXN-FC30 primarily imparts instant cooling functionality through textile finishing.

II. Product Testing

The National Standardization Organization has issued the "Textiles—Test and Evaluation of Instant Contact Cool Feeling Performance" (GB/T 35263-2017) standard. Under the experimental conditions specified in this standard, a heat detection plate with a temperature higher than the test sample is brought into contact with it, while the temperature change of the heat detection plate over time is monitored, and the contact cool feeling coefficient q [J/(cm•s)] is calculated. This coefficient can characterize the instant contact cool feeling performance of the test sample, where a larger q value indicates a stronger cool feeling perceived by the skin, and a smaller q value indicates a weaker cool feeling. The test result for Cooling Finishing Agent DXN-FC30 is Qmax ≥ 0.19.

III. Product Application

Cooling Finishing Agent DXN-FC30 is suitable for various textiles, including shirts, underwear, sportswear, bedding, etc. It can provide an instant cool feeling and improve the thermal and moisture comfort of textiles to some extent. When used in combination with resin, it can also enhance the wash resistance of the cooling effect, making the cool feeling more durable.
