I. Product Definition

Cooling Finishing Agent DXN-FC30 is a dispersion liquid made from natural jade ore as raw material. Using airflow grinding technology, the jade is ground from coarse to fine, uniformly processed into micro-nano powder. The full name of Cooling Finishing Agent DXN-FC30 is "Instant Contact Cooling Sensation," a concept that involves heat conduction transferring temperature from a high-temperature area to a low-temperature area until equilibrium is reached. Cooling Finishing Agent DXN-FC30 primarily achieves instant cooling functionality through textile finishing.

II. Product Testing

The National Standardization Organization has issued the "Textiles—Test and Evaluation of Instant Contact Cooling Sensation Performance" (GB/T 35263-2017) standard. Under the experimental conditions specified in this standard, a heat detection plate with a temperature higher than the test sample is brought into contact with it, while monitoring the change in temperature of the heat detection plate over time, and calculating the contact cooling coefficient q [J/(cm·s)]. This coefficient can characterize the instant contact cooling performance of the test sample, where a larger q value indicates a stronger cooling sensation perceived by the skin, and a smaller q value indicates a weaker cooling sensation. The test result for Cooling Finishing Agent DXN-FC30 is Qmax ≥ 0.19.

III. Product Application

Cooling Finishing Agent DXN-FC30 is suitable for various textiles, including shirts, underwear, sportswear, bedding, etc. It can provide an immediate cooling sensation and, to some extent, improve the thermal and moisture comfort of textiles. When used in combination with resin, it can also enhance the wash resistance of the cooling effect, making the cooling sensation more durable.
