Product Structure

Conductor: Multi-strand fine-stranded and finely bunched oxygen-free copper wires, compliant with DIN VDE 0295 Class 6.

Insulation: High mechanical performance TPE insulation material.

Tensile layer: High-density braided Kevlar yarn.

Inner sheath: TPU elastomer rubber compound extruded and fixed into shape.

Outer sheath: Special weather-resistant PUR polyurethane material.

Color: Black, yellow, orange, white (all customizable as needed).

Test voltage: U3000V compliant with DIN VDE 0281 Part 2.

Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +90℃.
