Adapts to harsh environments: The insulation layer is made of oil-resistant, heat-resistant, and chemically corrosion-resistant materials. The sheath has sufficient wear resistance and tensile strength, enabling it to adapt to various harsh working environments while ensuring stability and durability during long-term use.

Conductor material: Mostly high-purity oxygen-free copper is used. For example, the conductor of gantry crane reel flat cables consists of multiple finely stranded bare oxygen-free copper wires, complying with VDE0295 CLASS5 or CLASS6 standards. After material performance analysis and cost considerations, the conductor of specialized ladle car reel flat cables uses tinned copper conductors.

Insulation material: Different insulating materials are used depending on the application environment. For example, in specialized ladle car reel flat cables, the insulation for variable frequency power cores is silicone rubber, while the insulation for power lines, control lines, instrument lines, and alarm lines is perfluoroalkoxy (PFA).
