High-flexibility steel wire flat cable for overhead traveling cranes

Flat steel wire travel cables are used for power connection and control signal lighting of various mobile power devices in industries such as hoisting, transportation, machinery, electrical, and mining with a working voltage of 450/750V and below. Mechanical Properties: Jute reinforcement is added between cable cores for strong load-bearing, a layer of non-woven fabric cushioning is wrapped between the core and sheath, and for longer lengths, imported spun yarn is available as an option. It offers excellent tensile and tear resistance while maintaining flexibility.

Environmental Adaptability: Features include oil resistance, bending resistance, waterproofing, UV resistance, crack resistance, weather resistance, low-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and protection against industrial acid and alkali fumes. The product performs excellently and ensures safe use.

Shielding Characteristics (Partial): Some travel control flat cables use tinned copper braiding for a high-density shielding layer, effectively resisting external electromagnetic interference, making them suitable for environments with high requirements for electromagnetic interference resistance.

Conductor: Multi-strand finely stranded oxygen-free copper wire, compliant with VDE0295 CLASS5 standard.

Insulation: Special blended nitrile PVC flexible insulation, available in multiple colors indicated by numbers, referencing JISC3306 standard (please specify if yellow-green grounding wire is required).

Inner Lining: Special non-woven fabric wrapping for cushioning.

Sheath: Blended 90-degree weather-resistant nitrile PVC mixed sheath, black.

Load-Bearing Elements: Equipped with steel wires, such as two aviation-grade galvanized tensile steel wire ropes. Additional steel wire ropes or other load-bearing elements can be added on both sides of the cable core as needed.
