Main features: High tensile strength, bending resistance, wear resistance, oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, core wires are not easily broken, and the sheath does not crack. Customization is available according to customer requirements.

Product Structure

Conductor: Made of multi-strand fine-stranded and finely bunched Class 6 oxygen-free copper wires, compliant with DIN VDE 0295 Class 6.

Insulation: High-voltage EPDM rubber insulation.

Tensile layer: High-density braiding with Kevlar yarn.

Inner sheath: TPU elastomer rubber compound extruded and fixed into shape.

Outer sheath: Special weather-resistant PUR polyurethane material.

Color: Black, yellow, orange, white (all customizable as needed).

Rated voltage: 8.7/15kV

Operating temperature range: -40°C to +90°C
