Industrial Robot Geophysical Cable is a type of cable used in the field of industrial robotics, applicable to equipment such as industrial robots and mechanical arms. Some cables serve as specialized cables for new geological drilling and logging, offering excellent flexibility, bending resistance, oil and water resistance, tensile and wear resistance, long-distance signal transmission and feedback performance, and can withstand harsh climatic conditions. They are widely used in chemical, petroleum, hydropower, coal, metallurgy, and engineering geology for field operation signal transmission, measuring the inclination and azimuth angles of various geological boreholes, and transmitting downhole logging signals.
Geophysical robot systems generally consist of crawlers, high-definition cameras, controllers, geophysical cables, and cable reels. Some cables use Kevlar fiber to fill gaps and woven Kevlar fiber warp and weft mesh to achieve dual tensile effects, ensuring no core breakage or skin cracking during prolonged heavy-duty work.
Environmental Adaptability: Oil-resistant, shallow water-resistant, UV-resistant, and excellent weather resistance. The outer sheath is made of imported waterproof, oil-resistant, and corrosion-resistant materials, allowing long-term direct immersion in water, oil, and other corrosive substances.
Electrical Performance: Stable signal transmission with anti-interference and anti-crosstalk characteristics. Small-pitch twisted pairs ensure better transmission performance, high conductivity, and high response rates.
Conductor: Mostly uses multi-strand fine-stranded ultra-fine oxygen-free bare copper wires, following IEC60228/VDE0295 Class 6 conductor structure. Some also use multi-strand ultra-fine finely stranded oxygen-free bare copper or tinned copper wires, complying with CDE0295 CLASS6 standards.
Insulation: Core insulation typically uses specially formulated high-strength heat-resistant flame-retardant elastomer materials, TPE, or TPEE materials. Some also use imported PE as insulation material.
Integrated Components: Can integrate power cables, signal control cables, communication cables, mobile network cables, video coaxial cables, mobile optical cables, etc.
Cable Structure: Optimized structure with minimal-pitch torsion-free stranding and integrated tensile elements for cabling.
